IQ-Model - Internal Rate of Return
This application is used to to calculate the IRR on a quarterly basis. The application is accessed via Terminal Server and Desktop.
The user selects the Fund, IRR period and the property. The model calculates the IRR based on the users input data.
All information is stored in a SQL Server database for reporting purposes.
